I set up Red Hair Studio 14 years ago, after a long career that culminated in salon management.
I have always looked to develop my skills and have completed courses with a number of top brands including: Clynol, Schwarzkopf, Vidal Sassoon and Toni and Guy. Over The last couple of years I have developed a keen interest in trichology (the study of hair and scalp conditions) and have attended a number of seminars with Philip Kingsley. This has enabled me to provide more informed help and guidance for clients who may have specific problems.
A confessed perfectionist, I always place customer care and satisfaction at the heart of the Red Hair Studio ethos. I expect my dedicated team to show the same level of passion and commitment as me. As a qualified hairdressing assessor I have been able to take an active role in developing the skills of my talented team.
As a passionate advocate of maintaining standards in our industry, I am a member of the National Hairdressing Federation and a State Registered Hairdresser.
Senior stylist Jo has been part of the Red team since day one. Jo has been hairdressing for 31 years and has completed courses with Clynol, Schwarzkopf, Toni and Guy and Philip Kingsley. She enjoys all aspects of hairdressing.
Stylist Estera started at Red Hair Studio 12 years ago and after qualifying as a stylist has undergone further training through Aston and Fincher, Clynol, Schwarzkopf and Philip Kingsley. Her hairdressing passion is putting up hair, especially for weddings.
Nikki, has been with us for 9 years, she completed her training at the Peter Prosser Academy on a high back in 2013 when she won the award for her end of year show. Her hairdressing specialisms are cutting and colouring, which she has atteneded a schwarzkopf technique colouring course in manchester, perfecting the modern Ombre & Balayage techniques. Nikki is level 3 qualified and has just returned from 2 years working for Steiner "one world spa" as a hairstylist on Disney Cruise Line from America. We are happy to say "shes here to stay!"
Nikki is now also a Qualified "Beauty Works" Extensionist after attending a course in Manchester. she is extremly excited to be working with a Luxury, Well known brand.
Natalie known as Nat, joined us september 2016 after working for 2 years as a barber in Hereford. Natalie did 4 years training with Keith St Peters. Natalie has completed a schwarzkopf cutting course and a colouring course based on the latest fashion and trends in London, which are just a few of the many courses shes been on and looking forward to further training courses in the future.
Natalie is a Quailified "BEAUTY WORKS" Extensionist and offers free consultaions. She is so happy to be working with such a well known brand, with 100% Remy Human Hair!
Chloe has been with us for 2 years, She is doing her qualification at County Training in Ludlow, now doing her Level 2. Chloe is trained in our different ranges of products working with Phillip Kingsley and Schwarzkopf, offering Hair Spa Treatments.
JUNIOR
Josh is with us every other saturday, and has been for the last 4 years. he helps out amazingly he brings lots of fun and laughs to the salon while still being professional. The clients love his cheeky charm.
